UK Returned items
We aim to process refunds for returned items within five working days from when the returned items arrive back with us.
International Returned items
This process takes a little longer - once the item has been received at our international locations it is then shipped back to us in the UK. We aim to process the refund for the returned item within 14 working days from receipt.
Faulty and lost items
Once we have received the potential faulty item back with us in the UK, it will be reviewed with our returns team and depending on the brand, possibly sent off to the manufacturer for further inspection. Once an item has been deemed faulty as per our policies, the refund will be sent to our accounts team to be processed back to the customer within 48 hours. We estimate the full process to take up to 2 weeks from receipt. If you would rather a replacement to a refund, please make sure this is stated on the returns slip when returning the item.
Out of stock items
If the item is out of stock due to an error on our system, our Customer Service team will contact you as soon as we are made aware of this situation to see if there is an alternative item you require, or offer you a full refund for the item/s.
