Items returned as faulty should be sent for the attention of our returns department and include a covering note explaining the reason for the return, the order number, the approximate usage and, if deemed to be faulty, whether you would like a refund or replacement.
We can only accept potentially faulty items back for review within 12 months of purchase.
Once received here the item(s) will then be assessed by our returns team in conjunction with the manufacturer.
Should the item be deemed to be faulty this will be replaced or, in case of an obsolete product, an alternative item will be agreed or a refund will be issued if requested.
If the item is faulty then you will receive a refund and compensation for postage (standard delivery costs only).
If the item is deemed not faulty then it will be returned back to you with a covering letter detailing the reason why.
Please note that once the item has been received the process may take 2 weeks to complete as some items need to be returned to manufacturer for review.
We will let you know the outcome of the investigation as quickly as possible.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage and this is kept safe as we may need this for future tracking.
