If the goods are damaged you will need to return the item back to us before we can send out a replacement or offer you a refund. UK customers can use our free 48h Returns label which you can create via our returns page. International customers will be refunded for the returns shipping costs if the package was originally signed for as damaged when you received it - Please make sure if you did use the signed for delivery service that it was signed for as damaged otherwise shipping will not be refunded.
